This project is a design/build collaboration with HCI Architecture and includes the renovation of an entire city block in the Hollygrove neighborhood including 11 multifamily units, new construction of a 2-story town home, community center, bike barn, parking, and site improvements. The project involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, painting, sprinkler system, storefront, doors, hardware, roofing, architectural woodwork & millwork, windows, exterior improvements, and historic restoration of interior finishes.
